As you can see from the startling results, the bread that was touched with clean hands and hands with gloves on has little to no mould growth on. The bread touched with our hands though, has all sorts of mould growing on it! This clearly shows that our hands are not clean enough! Take a look at this video to get a better understanding of mould and how it grows and thrives.

ReplyDeleteWe tried this project where Ms.Christina had 3 pieces of bread. One piece of bread Ms.Christina put on gloves and put it in a bag.For the second piece of bread Ms.Christina washed her hands with soap and water and then put it in a bag.Now for the third piece of bread she let all of us to touch it and then put it in a bag.The first piece of bread was clean,The second piece of bread was brownish and the third piece of bread was black because it had mold and we touched it and we all said"Eww!" Ms.Christina did this because to show how dirty our hands are.
